  1.    If you desire a feeling for where this program fits into
  2. the general scheme of things please read ALP_INTR.TXT.   It
  3. was included on the ALPS Software Disks.
  4.    This program can be used to automate methods time
  5. measurement forms preparation.   The warning from the MTM
  6. Association for Standards and Research is included here for
  7. your benefit: " Do not attempt to use this chart or apply
  8. Methods-Time Measurement in any way unless you understand the
  9. proper application of the data.   This statement is included
  10. as a word of caution to prevent difficulties resulting from
  11. misapplication of the data."   Since this program has been
  12. written for the trained MTM analyst, it is assumed that the
  13. analyst has access to the chart mentioned (Methods-Time
  14. Measurement Application Data In TMU), and that chart is not
  15. included.   The analyst still has to circle nonlimiting
  16. simultaneous motions and cross out nonlimiting combined
  17. motions manually.   This can be done during review.
